Brian McNeill has over 30 years experience in the manufactured housing industry. His roles range from Factory Sales Rep to Director of Sales with Fleetwood Homes to National VP-Marketing for Bennett Truck Transport to, most recently, Sales Manager for three wholesale manufacturing facilities with Live Oak Homes. Brian has worked with hundreds of retailers over the years and has learned the foundation of a successful retail operation is the commitment to “customer service.”

Brian’s wife, Cindy McNeill has over 25 years of banking experience in the Douglas community. She currently is serving her second term as a City of Douglas Commissioner and was appointed Mayor Pro Tem in January 2020.
Austin McNeill
Brian and Cindy’s son, Austin McNeill is involved in all aspects of Family Home Center including sales and service for our customers. Family Home Center of Douglas opened for business in February 2020 with the goal of establishing a retail sales center that is focused on the long term.
